AestheFill

AestheFill is a facial treatment formulated with PLA (polylactic acid), a biocompatible and biodegradable substance. It has deep tissue regeneration properties, it directly addresses the visible effects of aging, like sagging and wrinkles.

Why choose AestheFill?

FDA Approved: Ensuring safety and efficiency, the US FDA, European CE and Korean KFDA have stamped its approval on this biodegradable substance, which is also employed in lifting thread materials.

Natural Collagen Production: AestheFill’s PLA stimulates skin cells to produce collagen naturally, restoring your skin’s youthful vigor.

Long-standing Medical Usage: Polylactic acid isn’t new to the medical field. With over two decades of trusted use, including its application in surgical sutures, it stands out as a tried and tested solution.

Allergy-safe: Given its chemical stability and the absence of common allergenic protein components, AestheFill is a great choice even for those with sensitive skin.

How Does AestheFill Work?

When introduced to the skin, AestheFill gets to work instantly, filling the voids caused by skin aging. Its special molecules, known for their porous structure, ensure collagen production is optimized, leading to smoother, rejuvenated skin.

But AestheFill doesn’t stop at mere superficial change. It stimulates mature skin cells to produce hyaluronic acid. After it’s naturally excreted from the body over 3-4 months, it leaves behind newly formed collagen and elastin, ensuring long-lasting effects.

What is the mechanism for AestheFill?

The preparation of AestheFill uses spherical particles of polylactic acid, called thermoplastic and biodegradable polylactide, which is obtained from corn or potato starch by polymerization. Structurally, polylactic acid is a ball, which in turn contains L-lactic and D-lactic acid with the same chemical and physical parameters.

Gel biodegradation occurs independently: as a result of hydrolysis, polylactide gradually breaks down into lactic acid and glycogen, and then is naturally excreted from the body.

As soon as the product enters the skin, it begins to actively fill the voids that arise as a result of skin aging and the loss of its own structural proteins. At the target site, polylactide molecules start the immediate process of tissue renewal and collagen formation, thanks to which the volume is fully replenished and even deep wrinkles are smoothed out. This is due to the special properties of AestheFill molecules, which, thanks to their porous structure, ensure the most effective collagenogenesis. Fibroblasts (skin cells) begin to work both outside and inside the microspheres.

In addition, polylactic acid actively stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid by mature skin cells. The uniqueness of the filler lies in the fact that after the breakdown and complete removal of its main active substance from the body (this process lasts on average from 3 to 4 months), the place where the gel is placed is not left with a void, but with new collagen and elastin. Therefore, the effect will last a long time – until the breakdown of own collagen and elastin begins under the influence of age factors. At this point, the procedure can be repeated.

What is the procedure for AestheFill?

After cleansing your face and applying a numbing cream for around 30 mins, AestheFill is injected into targeted areas or the entire face for a revitalized look.

After the treatment, there is no need to perform any complicated care activities. It is important not to touch the injection sites, to avoid infecting infections, which may cause complications. It is necessary to refrain from using cosmetics, do not go to the sauna, solarium or swimming pool for a while, and in addition, if possible, they will not appear in the cold or wind, if the injections are made in the cold season, or in the heat, if in summer.

For the first week after the AestheFill injections, a slight loss of volume is still possible (the drug solvent – water – will be removed from the manipulation area), but this will not affect the quality of the result.

You will see more noticeable results over the next 1 to 2 months as new collagen generates gradually.
